Jeff Butler

Jeff has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and senior executive in healthcare and technology.

Jeff is the founder of Privia Health (NASDAQ:PRVA) and led the company for over a decade as its Chairman & CEO - growing Privia from a startup in his basement to its current position as one of the nation’s largest tech-enabled physician companies. In 2017, Jeff transitioned to a Board of Directors role where he continued to support Privia’s leadership team, including helping guide the company through its IPO. In November 2022, over 15 years since founding the company, Jeff retired from the Board.

Before creating Privia, Jeff was Co-Founder & CEO of BroadReach Healthcare, a social impact company focused on building large-scale health delivery networks in emerging markets. Jeff led BroadReach to become a widely recognized leader in global health, including securing a $100M contract from the U.S. Government to implement an innovative public/private HIV/AIDS treatment and care management program in South Africa. Today, BroadReach continues to directly support programs providing lifesaving antiretroviral treatment to hundreds of thousands of people across Africa.

Prior to BroadReach, Jeff helped launch the technology and consulting business at The Advisory Board Company in Washington DC.  Previous to Advisory Board, Jeff served as a hospital COO, Interim CEO for two hospitals, and as one of the founding team members for the start-up and $900M public spin-off of LifePoint Health from HCA (NYSE: HCA).

Jeff is a frequent speaker on innovations in the healthcare industry, and serves as an advisor and board member to a number of private companies, non-profits, and investment funds.

Jeff holds a Masters in Health Administration from The Medical College of Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.  He lives with his wife, Jennifer (a healthcare attorney), and their two children in the Washington, D.C. area.

Dave Rothenberg

Dave has been a healthcare entrepreneur for over 20 years.

Dave helped co-found Privia Health (NASDAQ: PRVA), one of the largest and most successful independent physician companies in the US. As President of Privia, Dave spent over 8 years leading sales, marketing, and growth. He also co-founded MDLinx, one of the largest physician portals and doctor-focused market research companies in the US. MDLinx was acquired by a division of Sony.

Most recently, Dave’s been investing in and supporting new healthcare startups, including co-founding a new infusion care business, Infuse Holdings.

Prior to building healthcare businesses, Dave worked at the US Department of State advising on development strategy for the former Soviet Republics, for the International Rescue Committee following the civil war in the Republic of Georgia, and for Lutheran World Relief during the famine in Somalia. ​

Dave earned his AB at Princeton University, his MPhil at University of Cambridge, and his JD at Harvard Law School.
